It may seem strange to put mayonnaise on fish, but for people who don’t like fish, this is a great way to change some minds! You can certainly skip it and the pork rinds if you wish, but I find they add a nice creaminess and crunchiness! Give it a try!

2⁄3 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

¼ cup chopped green onions

1 tsp coconut aminos*

½ – 1 tsp salt

Crushed pork rinds (optional)
